A perfect 5.0, earned one home at a time

System Wide Services reinstalled a MOEN Flo that was previously, incorrectly installed by another Plumber / Plumbing Company. I contacted System Wide Services after prompting Claude (an AI platform similar to ChatGPT) to recommend a plumbing company that had a good reputation in my area who could fix these types of things. When I contacted System Wide Services, they were very pleasant and it was very easy to set up an appointment. They assigned a plumbing professional, Mike, who showed up exactly on time. Mike was a very nice guy who very thoroughly explained everything he was doing and also made and some great recommendations - in a short amount of time, he fixed the Flo unit placement very quickly. If you’re going to have one of these MOEN Flo Unit units installed in your home in the Southern California area, I would highly recommend you call System Wide Services. Mike had 30 years of experience and you could tell he knew his stuff. In fact he did such a nice job, I am now asking them to quote out a tankless water heater and a water softening system for my home. I will never use anyone to perform plumbing work other than System Wide Services. And I will always request Mike to do the work. Finally, after 20 years in this home, we a great, trustworthy, and skilled plumber! System Wide Services and honest, capable, and trustworthy company.

Paul did a terrific job for us. He made it look like it was the original wall. You could not even tell it had been repaired. He even went above and beyond and fixed another thing that needed attention. He also does a great job cleaning up after his work!
